A block of rooms is being held on site from July 4 (arrival date) to July 17 (departure date). The summer housing on site is very tight, so these dates can not be extended. July 4-6 are official BNL holidays, so the laboratory will be closed during those days. If you must come in during these days, please contact the organizers first.
