First Announcement


RHIC'98 Summer Study will be held at Brookhaven National Laboratory from July 8-14, 1998. This is the third in a continuing series, designed to to define and sharpen the focus of the physics program at RHIC.

This year's summer study will be a school for graduate students and young postdoctoral assistants, designed to provide a core curriculum on fundamental topics central to the experimental program at RHIC. There is also a workshop on July 11th on High Density Matter in AGS, SPS and RHIC collisions.

Local expenses, including on-site housing and per diem, will be provided for those enrolled in the school. To apply, please complete this application form.

Future postings will give the detailed schedule of lectures, etc.
